The care the residents receive is amazing. They are treated with respect and love. My mother has been here for 3.5 years and she has always been well looked after. There have been a few managers since she first cam to the home, Sarah the current manager is just amazing and goes above and beyond. She interacts with the residents and doesn’t shut herself away in her office. I get sent photos of my mum doing various activities, from running the office, dancing with staff, caring for her baby (doll). painting. The staff interact well with the residents and are very caring. I feel part of the family, staff always very chatty and friendly with me. They have a lovely bright lounge and access to the patio and garden. There is also a separate dining room and dietary requirements are catered for with respect. When I have been with mum for her lunch, its a nice balanced meal. I would highly recommend St Michaels if you are looking for a home for your loved on.
I rate the staff very highly, kind, caring, efficient and good natured. I am impressed with the friendly and patient attitude of all staff (including you dear Sarah) counts for a lot.

Manager is always keeping me up to date on my brother in laws welfare. Staff are very friendly and helpful, good atmosphere all round and good response to all my phone calls to St Michaels rest home.
“My husband has been a resident at St Michaels since May 2014 and we have received so much care, consideration and kindness, nothing is to much trouble. They are always happy to talk with me about any of his care. It is also very clean and always smells fresh. My husband is very content.”
